Tell our readers a little bit about yourself.
I thank you for wanting to know more about me. May my story inspire you to smile bright, laugh often, and cultivate a positive circle. So, I’m Pamela Pagano – once the shiest person you’d ever meet! Today, I founded and host my own online series called “Kind Time.” Here, I have the honour of interviewing people who genuinely share kindness with the world. But how did I go from shy to loving to conversate? My journey. Certain life experiences allowed me to find my voice. My mission is to help others find theirs.
What is your why/motivation?
My motivation is the difficult times I once experienced. Without them I wouldn’t have first handedly realized how fragile life is. With this realization, I grew to naturally seeing magic in our world, in others, and in myself.
What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned and how do you apply it to your day to day life?
I’ve learned many, however a recent one is: there’s beauty in doing things on your own. Here, I’m talking about the things that you’d generally do with others: getting ice cream, skating, going to the movies, etc!! If no one wants to go but you do, then DON’T stop yourself from going! What will you do instead? Stay home and be on your phone for 3 hours? No, no, no. Go see that movie, buy the popcorn and eat the entire bag. Ps: stop asking those people 4…5..6…10 times if they want to join you. If they really wanted to come, they would’ve no hesitation.
Which female role model or models inspire you and why?Aside from my mother and aunts, my female role model is the one and only Oprah Winfrey. As an aspiring talk show host, I have always looked up to her talent, interview style, and genuine kindness.

What inspired you to start your series Kind Time?
My passion is journalism. My purpose is to share kindness. Therefore, adding those two together gave me Kind Time ❤️ I’m not paid to do this, I simply do it with all my heart and soul. I believe that if we share more kind stories with the world then more will arise.
Share 1 piece of advice you’d like to share with other women entrepreneurs and creatives.
Even if I’m genuinely nice, people still call me fake. People still send me mean messages. So sister, my advice to you: read those messages, defend yourself politely (if you think it’s absolutely necessary, if not just IGNORE), then block the person and carry on with your beauty-filled day – no room for bad energy. Just don’t get confused with constructive criticism, learn from the people who believe in your full potential ❤️
How do you achieve work life balance?
This is an important question! For a while I didn’t know balance, this resulted with me overworking myself and experiencing anxiety. But slowly, I learned the extreme importance of it. How I do achieve it now? By writing EVERYTHING in my agenda! I take a few minutes every Sunday to organize my week, schedule in workouts, when I hope to see my friends and family, my classes, what assignments should be done when etc. All this, however, is NOT set in stone. It is more like a schedule that I attempt to follow to the best of my ability in order to have the less stress as possible – balance!
What is your favorite quote?
“Remember to think happy and be kind.” My mom is the one who always says this to me…why? Well, “think happy” because we may not always feel happy (that’s ok!) but positivity is key to a gratitude-filled life. And “be kind” because, well, it’s simple! Think happy, be kind, smile bright, laugh often, and cultivate a positive circle. You got this sister, trust me.
